A Primary school in Erdington is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with a student across the school. The time will be split between whole class teaching assistant duties and also 1-1 and small group intervention work. The role will require somebody with flexibility and a proactive nature to engage the students with learning.
The role will also include supporting the class teacher with day to day tasks. The successful candidate will also be expected to;
- Support the students 1-1 and also in small groups
- Carrying out tasks such as photocopying, handing out the equipment for the students
- First aid
- Classroom support
- Behaviour management
