Salary: Grade/scale point Scale 4 (point 7 to 11 - £24,294 to £25,979 FTE plus London Weighting £2,175 FTE - paid pro rata)

Hours 33.5 per week

Times: Monday to Friday Term Time Only

The Person:

  • Have experience of working (EYFS - Year 6).
  • Demonstrate flexibility, being able to work on your own initiative as well as follow guidance from teachers.
  • Demonstrate good behaviour management strategies.
  • Have a good standard of spoken and written English.
  • Be able to support children with specific needs.
  • Know when to adapt teaching to make it simpler or harder.
  • Provide feedback to children and staff.
  • Engage in CPD to enhance your own skill set and develop strategies to support a wide level of need.
  • Work in partnership with parents / carers and external professional agencies as and when needed.
