What We Are Looking For:
- A passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience or a strong desire to work in a primary school setting.
- Ability to support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
- Confidence in providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may require extra help.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff.
- A proactive, patient, and flexible approach to working with children.
