Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to teachers across daily activities
Assist in delivering lessons and engaging students in learning
Help maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
Support students one-on-one or in small groups
About You:
Minimum 3 months' experience as a Teaching Assistant in UK schools
A genuine interest in education and child development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Based in or near Solihull, or able to commute reliably
