Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEND in the classroom and through targeted interventions
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to achieve individual learning plan targets
- Encourage pupil progress, independence, and confidence
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
About You
- Essential: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Proven experience supporting children with SEND in a primary school setting
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong commitment to inclusive education and pupil development
