Value Education are currently working with an excellent Primary school in Rochdale to recruit for a teaching assistant starting from September.
Key responsibilities for the role will include; assisting the class teacher in planning and presenting lessons, preparing teaching materials, tutoring students 1 to 1 and in small groups and creating a fun learning environment.
A successful Teaching Assistant will be;
- A great team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Passionate about supporting children with their academic achievements
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to build professional relationships with pupils and parents/guardians
- Give regular feedback to the class teacher about pupil s development
