About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students within the classroom, ensuring they remain engaged and focused

Provide tailored support to pupils who may need additional help, including SEND learners
Assist with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment
Contribute to small-group interventions aimed at boosting progress and confidence
