Teaching Assistant - Year 1 (Long Eaton)

Tradewind are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly Year 1 team at a welcoming primary school in Long Eaton.
The role:
Supporting the class teacher with daily lessons and activities.
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
Helping to create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
Assisting with classroom organisation and learning resources.
About you:
Previous experience working with children (school-based or other childcare roles).
A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for education and helping children achieve their best.
