Teaching Assistant - Little Marlow

Supply Desk are working with schools in the Little Marlow area who are looking for teaching assistants who are enthusiastic and have a passion for working with children and know how to support their development on a day to day basis. This role allows for flexibility and has competitive rates.

Role: Teaching Assistant

Location: Little Marlow

Teaching assistant duties:

- Support the teacher on a day to day basis to help with planning lessons and delivering them to the pupils

- Support the pupils whenever the support is needed and make them feel encouraged

- Carrying out interactive activities to help build their knowledge

- Liaise with teaching staff and external parties to follow care plans

- Motivate the pupils to encourage them to want to participating with learning within the classroom

- Help support the pupils within the classroom and make sure that they feel comfortable with their learning experience

Requirements:

- Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one

- Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or prior experience as a teaching assistant is preferred

- Passion for education and developing pupil s education

- Commutable to Little Marlow
