Location: Bradford
Salary: 90- 105 per day
Contract Type: Long-term, short-term, and daily supply

The Role
- As a valued member of the classroom support team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing effective classroom support under the direction of the class teacher
- Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
- Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Supporting lesson preparation and engaging learning activities
- Assisting pupils with additional needs to ensure an inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals
About You
- To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) - essential
- Experience supporting primary-aged pupils in a school or childcare setting
- A good understanding of the primary curriculum and learning support strategies
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- A caring, positive, and proactive approach to supporting children's success
