The Role
This community Primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their fun Reception class in September 2024. In this role, you will:
- Work closely with another TA supporting twins
- Assist with classroom activities and learning tasks, ensuring the child stays engaged and motivated.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher to implement tailored learning strategies.
- Monitor and record the children's progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents.
This Tower Hamlets Primary School is based on the Isle of Dogs and in easy distance of the DLR.

In order to be considered for this 121 Reception TA role in Tower Hamlets you will need to have:
Ideally School based Teaching Assistant Experience
Confidence working with Reception aged children with SEN
An Enhanced Child Only DBS and/or Overseas Police checks
Your CV must cover your employment and education history since you finished formal education and any employment breaks must be explained
