Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group support for students, focusing on those with behavioural difficulties.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
- Work closely with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Support students' overall development, helping them achieve educational and personal goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with students with behavioural challenges.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to student support.
Essential Criteria
- Experience working with secondary school students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
- Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
- Professional references verifying suitability for the role.
Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
