In this role, you'll support students both inside and outside of lessons, helping to create an environment where every child can thrive. From assisting with classroom activities to providing targeted support to individuals and small groups, you'll play a vital part in the daily life of the school.
The school is particularly keen to hear from candidates with enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine passion for working with young people. Pay: 95 - 105 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Starting in January and running until July 2026, with a strong possibility of extension or permanent appointment from September 2026
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
- Supporting students with additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encouraging students to engage and achieve their potential
