We are a specialist education recruitment agency seeking a Teaching Assistant to support a secondary school in Hampshire from September.
The Role:
- Supporting teachers across a range of secondary subjects
- Working 1:1 and in small groups with students
- Assisting with classroom management and engagement
- Supporting pupils with varying learning needs
We Are Looking For:
- Experienced Teaching Assistants or graduates looking to gain classroom experience
- Confident, proactive individuals with strong communication skills
- A passion for supporting young people in education
