This great school is looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work with our Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) students and be a part of their dynamic team. Your duty will be to provide children with personalised support so that they can thrive in school, social life, and emotional development during these important formative years.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be given a variety of responsibilities to complete during your working hours. You and the class teacher will work closely together to provide individual, and group help to the students. Being able to provide an engaging, encouraging, and inviting learning environment for all children.
The school is looking for a successful educator who can contribute to the school's core values of respect, compassion, and high achievement. Encourage positive behaviour and instill a love of learning in and around the children.
The ideal candidate will have the necessary abilities and experience, as well as great interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong desire to work with children. The school is looking for a dedicated and motivated worker. Being proactive and flexible in promoting learners throughout the academic year will impress the school.
The Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience working within a Provision, preferably
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification, preferably
- Excellent behaviour management
