Long-Term Role in a Nurturing Primary School in Salford Until July 2026

Tradewind Recruitment, Manchester's leading education agency, is currently recruiting a caring and dedicated Level 3 Qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to support children within the EYFS at a gorgeous, nurturing primary school in Salford.

This is a long-term opportunity continuing until July 2026, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in the early stages of a child's education within a warm, supportive school environment.



The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs in EYFS

  • Support pupils with their learning, development, and emotional wellbeing

  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support

  • Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

  • Encourage positive behaviour and independence

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)

  • Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally within EYFS

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
