This role provides invaluable classroom experience and could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential by:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across multiple subjects.
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who need extra help.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with Key Stage 3 students.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for student development.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be available for full-time work, five days a week.
- Hold a degree-level qualification.
- Commit to the role for at least two terms.
- Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure (Overseas Police Clearance if applicable).
- Provide professional references and a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history (where possible).
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
