Teaching Assistant The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans and interventions.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Support pupils with emotional, behavioural and communication needs.

Teaching Assistant Key Requirements
- Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
- Understanding of autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or other learning difficulties.
- A patient, empathetic and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
