Location - Camden, North-West London
Start date - November 2025 until July 2026
Full-time basis (Monday-Friday)
Pay rate - £89 - £115 per day
We're looking for a kind, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly Primary school in Camden.
This rewarding role involves supporting children with special educational needs both in the classroom and with aspects of personal care, so a caring and patient nature is essential.
You will be working with children within the schools on-site Nursery, so previous experience working within EYFS is very desirable.
The school is well-connected by public transport and has a supportive, welcoming team.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting children with SEN so they can access learning and feel confident at school.
- Providing personal care when needed (e.g. toileting, feeding, or mobility support).
- Working closely with the class teacher to adapt activities and resources to suit individual needs.
- Encouraging independence, social skills, and self-esteem.
- Building trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
