Teaching Assistant -Level 3 (Full-Time)
Location: Birmingham
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: 90 - 105 per day
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing)
Hours: Full Time - 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Birmingham. This is a full-time position starting in April 2026, working within Key Stage 1 (KS1), supporting pupils both in class and through targeted interventions.

This role would suit a nurturing, proactive, and dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young learners and contributing to a positive classroom environment.

Teaching Assistant Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (minimum)
  • Have excellent knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
  • Have experience supporting pupils in Early Years and/or KS1
  • Ideally have at least 12 months' experience working in a school setting
  • Be confident supporting children with additional needs
  • Be Safeguarding Level 1 trained
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
