Teaching Assistant - Chester
As one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK, Prospero Teaching are looking for a reliable, confident and positive Teaching Assistant to support a local primary school in Chester. The successful applicant will have experience supporting teaching and learning across KS1 or KS2 and a genuine passion for working with children.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location - Chester
Position - Teaching Assistant
Type of work - Classroom support / 1:1 and small group interventions
Start date - As soon as possible
Contract type - Temporary
Full time/part time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - 90 - 100 per day
Hours - 8:30am to 3:30pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
Previous experience supporting children in a UK school
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional references
