Position: Teaching Assistant - Cardiff (Agency Role)
Start Date: 05/01/26
Pay: 88.94 per day (with potential increases depending on client rate and candidate experience/qualifications)
Requirements: Enhanced DBS required

About the Role
The successful candidate will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Work 1:1 with pupils or with small groups to reinforce learning.
Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and general support.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.
Provide additional support to pupils with varied learning needs where required.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is caring, patient, and committed to helping children succeed.
Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
Can use their initiative and adapt to the needs of the class.
Has experience working with children (school experience desirable).
Holds relevant qualifications such as an NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching & Learning (desirable).
Holds a valid Enhanced DBS or is willing to obtain one.
