1:1 Teaching Assistant - Full-time
Rotherham
£19,000 - £23,000 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
Vision for Education are currently recruiting on behalf of an Infant School in Rotherham. The school are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 1 pupil with high level SEN needs. The role is required on a full-time basis; Monday to Friday (8:30-3:30). The school is small village school situated in Rotherham. The school if Ofsted rated Outstanding.

Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and punctual
  • Experienced and confident with the phonic programme Read, Write, Inc
