What we're looking for: We are looking for a dedicated and committed team player with excellent organisational skills to support pupils' learning. You will work with pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, and with the whole class. The successful candidate must have:
An NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or an equivalent
Previous experience working with children within a school setting
The ability to maintain positive relationships with pupils and other adults
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine commitment to helping every child succeed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Working with individual children and small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Assisting in the preparation of classroom resources and activities.
Helping to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
Supporting the social and emotional development of pupils.
