Veritas Education is seeking experienced Secondary Education Teaching Assistants to join our team in supporting partner schools across the Bradford area. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, including long-term and daily cover work options.

Role Overview:
As a Secondary Education Teaching Assistant with Veritas Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students in secondary schools. You will work closely with teachers to provide assistance in the classroom, supporting students with their academic progress and helping to create a positive learning environment.

- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help with their studies.
- Help to manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) as required.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom activities and resources.

- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the academic and personal development of young people.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.
