Start Date: September 2025 or Immediate
Position: Full-Time/ Permanent Teaching Assistant
Pay: £90 to £110 per day (depending on experience)
Eligibility: Open to experienced Teaching Assistants with a passion for education
The Position:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning in the classroom. Working closely with teachers, you will provide one-to-one and small group support, assist in lesson preparation, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Depending on your experience and preference, you may be placed in a primary or secondary school.
We are looking for someone who can start confidently, bring energy and professionalism to the role, and demonstrate a strong understanding of working with young people in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting teachers in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons

Providing tailored support to students with varying needs and abilities

Promoting positive behaviour and classroom engagement

Assisting in the creation of a well-structured and supportive classroom environment

Offering pastoral care and guidance where necessary
Requirements:

Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A genuine passion for education and student development

Confidence in managing small groups or one-to-one support

A proactive, flexible, and professional attitude
