Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - Full Time Special Needs Primary School Altrincham
Our education recruitment agency is working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive special needs primary school in Altrincham, who are seeking a full-time Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting primary-aged pupils with complex needs, including a range of learning, communication, sensory and behavioural needs.

Your Responsibilities -
Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with complex needs

Supporting children with communication difficulties, sensory needs and behaviour

Assisting with personalised learning and care plans

Helping pupils access the curriculum in a safe and nurturing environment

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
We're Looking For Someone Who: -
Has experience supporting children with complex needs, SEND, ASD, or similar

Is patient, nurturing and adaptable

Confident supporting pupils with additional care or behavioural needs

Can build strong, positive relationships with young children

Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply)
