Rated by Ofsted as ‘Good”, this is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience working within Apprenticeship delivery and Project Management
We are looking for an Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach on a fully remote basis.
The Skills Coach will be delivering Levels 4 to individuals achieving their apprenticeship qualifications in Associate Project Management (APM)
• Salary of up to £35,000
• Remote Working, with flexible hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Trainer Skills Coach- Associate Project Manager (APM)
• Deliver engaging learning programs in order to support learners towards their Apprenticeship Qualification in APM
• Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learners’ individual needs.
• Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
• Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.
• Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
• Visit and observe learners in their place of work to support and gather evidence
Skills, Experience and Qualifications for the Project Manager Skills Coach
• Hold a recognised Project Management Qualification such as APM or Prince 2 or equivalent
• Vocational experience within Project Management
• Assessor’s Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
• Teaching Qualification is desirable, but not required (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).
• Experience in delivering training and coaching sessions to apprenticeship learners in Leadership and Management- Knowledge of Project Manager standards would be highly desirable.
