The Role
As the Senior Learner Engagement Manager, you ll lead and mentor a regional engagement team to maximise learner participation and progression.
Your role will include:

Overseeing the recruitment and engagement strategy for multiple Bootcamp cohorts.

Developing new partnerships with referral agencies, local authorities, and employer networks.

Driving performance to meet ambitious engagement and start targets.

Monitoring data and reporting on learner conversion and outcomes.

Working closely with operations and delivery managers to ensure seamless learner experiences.
Ideal Candidate

Strong background in learner engagement, employability, or apprenticeship recruitment.

Proven track record of hitting sales, learner start, or apprenticeship enrolment targets.

Leadership or team management experience within a training environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the region.
Desirable:

Experience with Bootcamps, ASF, or other government-funded programmes.

Understanding of local labour market needs in West Yorkshire.
