The Role

As the Senior Learner Engagement Manager, you ll lead and mentor a regional engagement team to maximise learner participation and progression.
Your role will include:

  • Overseeing the recruitment and engagement strategy for multiple Bootcamp cohorts.

  • Developing new partnerships with referral agencies, local authorities, and employer networks.

  • Driving performance to meet ambitious engagement and start targets.

  • Monitoring data and reporting on learner conversion and outcomes.

  • Working closely with operations and delivery managers to ensure seamless learner experiences.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong background in learner engagement, employability, or apprenticeship recruitment.

  • Proven track record of hitting sales, learner start, or apprenticeship enrolment targets.

  • Leadership or team management experience within a training environment.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the region.
    Desirable:

  • Experience with Bootcamps, ASF, or other government-funded programmes.

  • Understanding of local labour market needs in West Yorkshire.
