The Role:
- Supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in a primary school setting
- Working closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans
- Encouraging engagement, independence, and confidence in learning
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Has experience working in SEND settings within a primary school
- Is compassionate, patient, and proactive in supporting children's individual needs
