We are looking for driven and motivated Psychology Graduates to fill our multiple SEN teaching assistant roles at Hackney Primary School. What will you do as a SEN Teaching Assistant - Unqualified and what can the school offer you?

  • Supporting children 1:1 with mild-moderate SEN including Autism (ASD), Speech and Language issues, Communication and Social interaction issues, mild behaviour issues and much more!
  • Support children inside and outside of the classroom on a 1-2-1 basis and small group interventions when required.
  • Provide a 'consistent face' to the children so they are comfortable and can progress in a safe and stimulating environment!
  • The school are constantly providing training and CPD for staff, making sure you are best equipped to make sure students flourish!
  • Be surrounded by hard-working, passionate, and knowledgeable staff, who will welcome you with open arms from day one!

Please note you do not need to have an extensive knowledge of SEN to be successful in these roles, so please don't be put off

These roles could be the start of your career which lead to various pathways including Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Counsellors, SENCO or Teacher!
