Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to pupils with individual learning plans
- Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Work closely with teachers and external professionals to monitor progress
- Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs
- Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and behaviour
What We're Looking For:- Experience working with children with SEN (desirable)
- A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or child development (advantageous)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, flexible, and patient approach
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners
