- 89- 110 per day

What You'll Be Doing
As a SEN TA, you'll work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children with a range of SEN needs
- Assisting the class teacher with IEPs and personalised support strategies
- Creating or adapting resources to suit individual learning styles
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with the SENCO and external professionals
- Helping to maintain an inclusive, engaging and nurturing classroom environment
What We're Looking For
- Ideally previous experience working with children (primary experience preferred)
- Be a recent graduate with a relevant degree
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN
- Strong communication skills and a calm, patient manner
- A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Someone who lives within a commutable distance to Waltham Forest, London
