Job Description:
Future Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a student with ASD, helping them engage in school and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide individualized support to students with ASD.
- Assist with classroom activities and encourage participation.
- Implement strategies for behavior management and emotional regulation.
- Work with the class teacher to adapt learning materials.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to parents and staff.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, especially ASD.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
