SEN Teaching Assistant KS2 NG5
£100-£105 per day Full-time September start
Class Mate is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS2 at a primary school in NG5.
This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting children with additional needs both in the classroom and through targeted interventions.
The Role
- Support pupils with SEND across KS2
- Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support
- Assist with literacy and numeracy interventions
- Support positive behaviour and engagement
- Adapt activities to meet individual needs
- Work closely with teachers and the SEND team
We re Looking For
- Experience working with children with SEND
- Primary school or classroom experience
- Good understanding of individual learning needs
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Patient and consistent approach
- Commitment to safeguarding
