The Role
The school are looking for a proactive and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils with SEN in and out of the classroom
Delivering targeted interventions and tailored learning support
Helping pupils build confidence, independence and social skills
Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience supporting children with SEN
A calm, patient and positive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's development
The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Relevant SEN experience or training is desirable
