Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Wrexham) - Part-Time (Day-to-Day)
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our Secondary schools in Wrexham on a flexible, day-to-day, part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will hold current registration with the EWC and have prior experience working in educational settings - this is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support and lead small group sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
- Support individual students on a 1:1 basis, adapting to their unique learning needs.
- Assist the class teacher with activities and classroom management.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment, helping students reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- EWC registration
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or with children.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, adaptable approach
- Enhanced DBS check required.
