About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with additional needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students with additional needs, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
  • Assist in adapting classroom resources and strategies to meet individual student requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers and the inclusion team to implement individual learning plans.
