It allows people starting out in the education sector to gain experience, confidence and hone their craft. It gives weary veterans the opportunity to try new schools or even reignite their passion. Or for those of you lucky enough to be near retirement, it allows you to take a step back and slow down but still continue to what you love.

Candidate requirments:
- Hold a valid QTS or equivalent
- Have experience leading a class
- Be able to manage challenging behaviour effectively
- Have or be willing to complete up to date Safeguarding and Prevent training
