Qualified Teacher with SEN Experience (Early Years to Further Education)
Position: Fully Qualified Teacher

Salary: 110 - 200 per day
A prominent School is seeking a fully qualified teacher to join their team on a long-term contract basis. The role involves working with students across all educational stages, from Early Years to Further Education, with a focus on those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The successful candidate will be expected to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects for students from Early Years through to Further Education.
- Tailor and adapt learning strategies to support students with a range of SEN, ensuring their needs are effectively met.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Implement and manage individual education plans (IEPs) and employ diverse teaching methods to foster student development.
- Track and report on student progress, providing feedback to parents, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Stay current with educational best practices and SEN regulations.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status with the capability to teach across all stages from Early Years to Further Education.
- Proven experience working with SEN students.
- Current/ Recent Enhanced DBS
- Strong understanding of child development, inclusive teaching methods, and differentiated learning approaches.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Availability to start immediately or within a short timeframe.
Desirable:
- Additional qualifications or experience in a SEN specialist setting.
- Knowledge of contemporary SEN practices and educational approaches.
