Job Title: Retail Tutor / Assessor
Location: East Midlands - Home/Classroom based (Must be flexible with travel)
Salary depending on role:
- Retail Tutor: up to £32,000
The Retail Tutor will be delivering remote and on-site classroom based workshop training to learners undertaking Apprenticeship Standards in Retail Team Leader, ILM, Team Leading, Customer Service and Business Administration.
- Retail Assessor: up to £29,000
The Retail Assessor will be embedding knowledge, skills and behaviours to a caseload of learners working towards Apprenticeship Standards in Retail Team Leader, Team Leading, Customer Service and Business Administration.

Duties include:
- The Retail Tutor will be delivering remote and on-site classroom based workshop training to learners undertaking Apprenticeship Standards in Retail Team Leader, ILM, Team Leading, Customer Service and Business Administration.
- The Retail Assessor will be embedding knowledge, skills and behaviours to a caseload of learners working towards Apprenticeship Standards in Retail Team Leader, Team Leading, Customer Service and Business Administration.
- Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration
Essential Criteria for all candidates:
- Must hold an Assessor award.
- Must have experience of delivering Retail Apprenticeships and ideally have experience of workshop delivery.
- Confidence to deliver Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT up to Level 2.
- Excellent IT / Computer skills
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
