We are seeking a Residential Childcare Trainer to inspire and guide aspiring childcare workers through their learning journey.
Work primarily from home with a hybrid model, including monthly travel to support learners in your area.
Your Role:
- Deliver high-quality training and mentorship to apprentices
- Develop engaging learning resources aligned with curriculum standards
- Monitor apprentices' progress, providing feedback and support to help them succeed
- Ensure compliance with relevant safeguarding and childcare regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential childcare.
- A recognized qualification in residential childcare (Level 3 or above).
- UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
