Job Description

Company

Are you a Residential Children's Care professional who is passionate about training? If so, I would love to speak with you. I am currently working with one of the UK's leading provider of Caring Professions apprenticeships who are growing, and seeking like minded individuals to join the team to facilitate the learning and development of the next generation of care professionals.

It is refreshing to work with an organisation who have employee welfare at the forefront of the business, and make internal decisions to positively affect everyone. If you would like to work with such an organisation, please apply with an up to date CV and I will contact you ASAP.

The role

As a Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer, you will be working with a caseload of apprentices within Residential Children's Services, supporting, coaching and mentoring them through their apprenticeship qualification. As this is a hybrid role, you will have the flexibility of working from home and running 121 training sessions in the workplace. Whilst working from home, you will be supporting your learners over Microsoft Teams, and prepping them for your face to face visits.

You will be delivering the full apprenticeship standard which will include Functional Skills, however there is a huge amount of support internally to help with this, along with modern technology which will save a lot of time on admin!

This could be a great career move for those who would love to get into a full time Trainers post straight from industry, as full training and development will be provided to successful applicants.

Package

  • Up to 37,000 starting salary (depending on experience)
  • Extensive bonus scheme based on individual performance
  • Company share incentive scheme (another bonus based on company performance)
  • CPD, Career progression and Development

  • Additional day off for your Birthday
  • Options to purchase additional annual leave if needed
  • Employee Financial Wellbeing plan
  • Many more!

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Solid occupational competence in a Management role within the Residential Childcare sector
  • Hold a minimum Level 5 Residential Childrens related qualification
  • Functional Skills L2
