Essential Criteria:- Must hold solid occupational experience within Residential Childcare as a Deputy Manager or above.
- Hold or be willing to work towards an Assessor qualification (full funding and support provided)
- Hold a level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare, or Early Years Childcare (or equiv/higher)
- Confident with Maths and English and ideally have own GCSE’s or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:- Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships - Levels 4 and 5.
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
- Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
