Would you like to join our recruitment team, for this owner managed and successful recruitment agency who supplies staff throughout the UK into Training Providers, Colleges, and Universities

Join our fabulous team to help us with the below

Duties involve:-

  • Finding candidates for mainly permanent job roles that we are handling for various clients throughout the UK
  • Searching various job boards to find candidates who match the client job briefs
  • Contacting the candidates via emails and texts and then booking them in for interview with the Consultants using a calendar system
  • Searching our existing database for candidates to match the job roles and emailing them the job descriptions
  • Emailing candidates questions to see if they match to the requirements of the job briefs
  • Using linked in to reach out and search for potential candidates for the client roles
  • Messaging candidates on linked in to book appointments in with the Consultants
  • Helping to send out client mailshots from the database system


  • The role is Monday to Friday full time – 9am to 5pm with 30 mins lunch, with a 4pm finish on a Friday = 36.5 hours per week
  • 20 days holiday (that’s 20 to use freely, 1 day off for Birthday, then we close at Christmas which equates to 3 or 4 days per annum which you do not take form your entitlement) + stats
