The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1 to 1 basis and in small groups, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.

Responsibilities include
Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1 to 1 and small group basis
Assisting with learning activities and classroom tasks
Helping to manage behaviour in a positive and supportive way
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Monitoring and recording pupil progress

The School is Looking For
Experience working with children or young people preferred
Psychology graduates or candidates with a strong SEN interest
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient, calm, and empathetic approach
Passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
