The Role - PRU Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach is currently working with a Pupil Referral Unit who is seeking a strong individual who has a passion to want to support young people and join them on a full-time, long-term basis as a PRU Teaching Assistant. For this role you will be mainly classroom based where you will be required to support pupils with challenging behaviour. You will be required to support them during their lessons, which will include Maths and English. The ideal PRU Teaching Assistant for this role must have had previous experience and not be phased by challenging behaviour.

This Pupil Referral Unit is located in the South London borough of Southwark and caters for pupils who have complex behaviour. In their last Ofsted in 2019, they were judged as 'Good.'
