As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you ll play a key role in delivering one-to-one support, small group interventions, and assisting teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Work one-to-one and with small groups to deliver targeted learning interventions

Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs

Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to promote a positive learning environment

Implement effective behaviour management strategies

Encourage and assist pupils to complete classroom tasks and develop confidence
