We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive primary school team in Harrow. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to making a positive impact on young learners' education and wellbeing.
- Fulltime, Mon - Fri, Long Term
- Temp to Perm
- £90 - £100 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum
- Work with individual pupils or small groups to support learning and engagement
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support pupils with varying needs, including those with additional learning or emotional needs
What We re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential)
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build strong, respectful relationships with pupils and staff
