Primary Teaching Assistant / Teaching Assistant - Full Time - Bury - Immediate Start

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a full-time Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Bury area, available for an immediate start.

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant who can support pupils in the classroom and work closely with the class teacher to help promote pupil development and academic progress.

Primary Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
Supporting teaching and learning activities within the classroom
Working with small groups of pupils and providing 1:1 support where required
Encouraging pupil engagement and supporting their progress
Assisting with behaviour management and maintaining classroom routines
Helping to create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment

Primary Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or within an educational setting
A positive, proactive and flexible attitude
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
